My father worked for Western Electric, which means I moved a lot as a child. I was primarily raised in Prairie Village, KS. In high school, my father was promoted and we moved east. I raised my family on the east coast, waiting for the day I could once again live in the west. By the time I retired, we had already bought a house in Bastrop County.
Today, my husband Henry and I live in the River Crossing development in Bastrop County. My daughter lives in Europe. My son lives overseas as well and works in the IT field. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law live in the City of Bastrop.
